This product is a colorless or light yellow clear oil solution.
Indications
It is suitable for all types of malaria, but it is mainly used for the treatment of chloroquine-resistant falciparum malaria and emergency treatment of dangerous falciparum malaria.
Dosage
1. The usual dose for adults, intramuscular injection, the first dose of 160mg, once a day from the second day, 80mg each time, for 5 days.
2. The usual dose for children, intramuscular injection, the first dose is 3.2mg / kg body weight; on the 2nd to 5th day, the body weight is 1.6mg / kg each time, once a day.
Adverse reactions
This product has a mild reaction. Individual patients have a slight increase in aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase, and there may be a transient decrease in reticulocytes.
